baking tips
The bread and pastries that you can buy in our online shop are already baked. However, we recommend baking it again so that it is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Preparation recommendation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat 200°C). The product with the baking foil (or like
without) on the baking tray and bake.
Bread: 10 minutes at 180 degrees
Brioche/pastry: 7-8 minutes at 180 degrees
Remove from the oven and cool.
Tip: Place in a cloth napkin to cool!
Croissant/quark golatschen: Can be eaten immediately or 5 minutes at 180 degrees
Cakes/muffins: ready to eat
Puff pastry/short pastry: the pastries come fresh from production and must be FROZEN immediately upon receipt .
